The leaseholder contacted Sognando Ltd because the guest house was losing him around 2,000£ a month. He wasn’t able to find the right way to work with such property and had unsuitable tenants staying in it.

getting listed on booking.com, airbnb.com, expedia.com and tripadvisor
professional photos of the property
installing a cloud based web application in order to handle check-ins, bookings and customer service
Cleaning procedures
The results have been astonishing considering that the property achieved almost immediately a full occupancy. The RevPAR was immediately improving and we achieved in 2015 a fantastic 100% more monthly income than what the previous leaseholder was making.
